Everything was wonderful from the very beginning.
The venue's staff and rooms were superb. The breakfast had lots of food and it was good. I appreciated beautiful room here with a nice balcony, the heating system, the fridge. The personnel was good as expected.

Had spotless and updated room complete with the heating system and fireplace, as example. The breakfast was traditional continental and well presented. The stay was excellent.

Too small bathroom, and the breakfast was mediocre.

This hotel was decent base for exploring Carmel-by-the-Sea, liked it. The staff was courteous, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests. Great restaurant served local specialties. Had a really great time.

The staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean and placed in an old part of the city near restaurants, downtown, shops and restaurants. I loved cereals, toast, muffins, pastries and hot waffles for breakfast, which was included. Everything was perfect, updated and brand-new room with an amazing view of the ocean.

We loved the hotel, it was solid and had magnificent location just next door to shops and the beach and terrific restaurants and shopping. The staff were helpful people at the reception desk and a double room was the best. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was easy.

Thank you for a pleasant experience, I would recomand it. Great staff and location and all in all it's gorgeous hotel. The building is lovely, the room is large and brand-new. There are coffee/tea makers and a fridge.
